Calvin is involved across every function of NutriMax Holding Ltd, providing end-to-end oversight from concept to execution. He leads product formulation, regulatory strategy, manufacturing coordination, brand development, digital infrastructure, and commercial rollout across all NutriMax brands.
As the central decision-maker, Calvin integrates compliance, operations, technology, and go-to-market strategy into a single execution framework. His role ensures speed, clarity, and accountability across the entire business—eliminating silos and maintaining full strategic and operational control.
Tim is responsible for technical architecture, SaaS platform development, and systems strategy across the NutriMax ecosystem. His focus is on designing scalable, modular technology that supports brand operations, digital commerce, creator workflows, and internal tooling.
He leads platform structure, integration logic, and long-term technical strategy—ensuring NutriMax's software infrastructure is robust, extensible, and aligned with commercial and operational needs. Tim plays a key role in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Gordon leads concept input, idea creation, and early-stage validation across NutriMax brands. He is closely involved in shaping product and brand concepts at inception—contributing creative direction, commercial intuition, and high-level feasibility assessment.
His role focuses on ensuring new ideas align with NutriMax's strategic vision before entering formal development, providing an additional layer of founder-level scrutiny and approval at the earliest stages.
Steve manages day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods-in, stock control, order fulfilment, and dispatch coordination. He ensures physical inventory is handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal processes and external platform requirements.
Working closely with the leadership team, Steve supports fulfilment across direct-to-consumer, marketplace, and wholesale channels, maintaining operational reliability as volumes scale.
